E and C are Eric Cui’s initials, and the initials of Excellent Choice: one mark that says two things. In 2018 we made this monogram and a two-sided card for the real estate broker — his name on the front, the mark on the back. The originals survive only on a presentation board, so we have redrawn them in vector on their original proportions.

01The monogram
Two letters,
two meanings.
EC is set in Century Gothic, a geometric sans: the three bars of the E beside the round sweep of the C, equal in width. A fine frame closes over the letters from above, breaks at the tagline so EXCELLENT CHOICE runs straight through it, and is closed underneath by a bracket.

02The card
One side for the name,
one for the mark.
On the front, a white column carries the name, the title and a small EC; the navy panel beside it held his portrait, which is left out here. The back is all navy: EC enlarged into a slate ground and cropped by the top edge, the white monogram over it, and EXCELLENT CHOICE repeated faintly at the foot.
03The redraw
As it was,
drawn clean.
All that survives is one presentation board from 2018, about 800 pixels wide, with each face of the card a few hundred pixels across. The redraw changes nothing in the design — typeface, frame and colours follow the original — it only turns soft edges into clean vector. The same board shows an early U Dream Home mark; Eric Cui later became Broker of Record at U Dream Home Realty, whose identity has its own case.
