Is AI engineering included in the subscription?
Yes. Up to 60 hours of AI engineering per month — apps, agents, automation — alongside the full design stack. Additional hours are billed at $150/hr or roll over. Larger builds run as scoped AI deployment projects, quoted by range.
How soon can we begin?
Most projects begin within 3–5 business days after onboarding and scope confirmation.
How many revisions are included?
Unlimited revisions are included on every task.
Can the subscription be paused?
Yes. Pause and resume at any time based on your project timeline. No penalties or justification required.
What is not included?
Work outside the defined scope — advanced development, paid media budget, third-party production costs, or specialized integrations — is quoted separately.
Are source files provided?
Final approved deliverables are always provided. Source file access depends on plan and contract terms.
Who owns the AI code and models that are built?
You do. We build on open APIs (Claude, OpenAI) and standard open-source frameworks. All custom code is yours, with full repository handover at subscription end.
What if we only require AI, not design?
That's exactly what AI Deployment is — a scoped, project-based engagement. Book a scoping call and we'll quote by range. Most clients pair a deployment with the subscription so the system keeps improving after launch.
Will month 4 still be worth it?
Month 1 is onboarding. By month 3, the brand and AI pattern library is established — context no longer needs repeated explanation. By month 6, team output effectively doubles without new hires, because the system continues compounding returns. If the curve begins to flatten, we'll identify it before you do. Month 4 is where the compound effect begins, not where it fades.
If I cancel, what happens to my assets?
You retain full ownership. All brand files, code, prompts, and design systems are handed over in full on your final day. Source files, repositories, and deployment access — all yours. No lock-in or withholding. We'd rather you leave on good terms than stay by force.
Does subscription include creating a new brand identity from scratch?
No. Subscriptions deliver ongoing execution within an established brand system — sub-brand work, asset extension, marketing collateral, web/app UI, and AI engineering. Building a new brand identity (or rebranding entirely) is a one-time engagement called Brand Foundation. After your foundation is live, subscription takes over the ongoing work.
