Day of Design
AI Deployment

AI, deployed.

Three AI employees that show up working — a content employee, a storefront page, a personal assistant — deployed into accounts you own. Fixed prices, fixed timelines. No concepts, only running systems.

How we think about it

AI isn't bolted onto our process. We rebuilt how the studio delivers so it's part of how we think — from the first sketch to the final deployment.

A small team remains small while producing the output of a larger one — the underlying economics of the subscription. Below, the three forms this work typically takes.

A recent conversation

The kind of agent we deliver for operations teams.

Scripted for illustration — production agents integrate with your data, tools, and business rules. We write the system prompt the way we write copy: with a clear point of view.

01 · AI

Content employee

A weekly content line: topics, drafts, image prompts, and a publishing schedule — voice locked by your Business Dossier, so it reads like you, not like a template.

What it does
  • A weekly calendar that files on schedule
  • Brand voice locked in the Business Dossier
  • Posts, articles, and short-video scripts

On handover day, the first seven pieces are already in your hands.

02 · AI

Storefront page

A one-page front desk with a lead form — opens on the public web and inside WeChat, and every lead lands straight in your inbox.

What it does
  • Opens on the web and inside WeChat
  • Lead form wired to your inbox
  • Your domain, in accounts you own
  • A live test lead at handover

Personal assistant

Your Business Dossier installed in your own ChatGPT: quotes, emails, and copy on demand — answering from your real materials, never inventing.

What it does
  • Quotes, emails, copy on demand
  • Answers from your real materials
  • Works on phone and desktop
  • Produces one real deliverable at handover

Priced in plain sight

Three sizes. Fixed prices.

The quote is the total — it says what's included, and nothing gets added mid-scope. Everything installs into paid accounts you own; if we walk away, it keeps working.

Single post

Solve the sharpest pain first: content employee, storefront page, or personal assistant — one of the three, with your Business Dossier installed in your own ChatGPT.

Full team of three + Judgment Line

Most chosen

For solo founders, family businesses, and personal brands: all three employees working, plus a one-page Judgment Line naming what always stays human.

Enterprise team

For companies with staff: the full team of three, plus per-role SOP cards, a 2-hour team training (≤8 people), and three months of quarterly-review support.

From $12,800
4–6 weeks · quoted

Four clients a month, delivered personally — no outsourcing, no assembly line. When the month is full, the next one starts the queue.

After delivery: optional Monthly Care at $680/month (3-month minimum) — a monthly review, content library updates, prompt tuning, and one new mini-automation each month.

Delivery, checked

Delivered doesn't mean “it's done.”

These five checks are written into the service confirmation and ticked off live at handover. An unticked box means it isn't delivered.

Storefront page

Opens on the public web and inside WeChat; a test lead lands in your inbox on the spot.

Content employee

Runs live at handover and files on schedule — with the first seven pieces already in your hands.

Personal assistant

Produces one genuinely archivable piece from your own real materials.

The Judgment Line

One A4 page naming what always stays human — signed off by you.

Ownership

Everything installed in your own paid accounts. If we walk away, it keeps working.

How it starts

Six steps, from diagnosis to on the job.

It begins with a free diagnosis — the calendar holds an hour, it usually takes 20–30 minutes, and if we're not a fit we'll say so.

01

Free diagnosis

A 20–30 minute call: where you are, which role pays off first.

02

Quote in 48 hours

A fixed price that says what's included — nothing added mid-scope.

03

Deposit to start

50% starts the work; the balance is due on acceptance.

04

Deployment

Two to three sessions, remote or in person, into accounts you own.

05

Handover & acceptance

Five checks ticked live — unticked means undelivered.

06

Aftercare

14 or 30 days of answers by tier; Monthly Care after that.

Said up front

What we won't build.

Can-do isn't should-do. These stay off the table, in writing.

  • No WeChat auto-reply, auto-adding, or auto-posting — it violates platform rules and risks your account.
  • No custom software, apps, mini-programs, or backend development.
  • We never hold your data or touch your passwords — you operate, or you're present and authorizing.
  • No promised lead counts or revenue — AI is a capacity tool, not a sales guarantee.
Why us

We build your AI not presentations about AI.

01

Designers who code, engineers who design.

AI products fail when built by engineers alone, or by designers alone. We do both.

02

Delivered, not theorized.

Every deliverable goes into production. No AI strategy documents sitting unused in shared drives.

03

Fixed prices, not enterprise invoices.

Three fixed sizes from $1,880, each quote spelling out what's included. Brand and ongoing design live in the $3,495/month subscription instead.

04

Same tools. Different depth.

You can use Claude yourself. The gap isn't the model — it's the six months required to build AI that holds up in production. We've already made that investment.

How to engage

It starts with a free diagnosis.

The calendar holds an hour; it usually takes 20–30 minutes — where you are, which role pays off first, and an exact quote. If we're not a fit, we'll say so.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Which tools get installed, and who pays the subscriptions?
Typically ChatGPT / Claude, installed in your own accounts — you pay the platform fees (roughly $20–200/month) directly. We never resell or mark them up.
I'm not technical at all. Can I use this?
Yes. Delivery includes a hands-on handover with an SOP card per role, and you can ask anything during the aftercare window until it sticks.
How long does delivery take?
One week for a single post, 2–3 weeks for the full team, 4–6 weeks for enterprise — milestones are written into the quote.
Who owns it?
Everything lives in paid accounts you own; the custom prompts, flows, and deliverables are yours. If we walk away, it keeps running.
What do I need to prepare?
Before work starts you get a materials checklist — existing docs, common questions, pricing logic. Most clients gather it in half a day.
Will the price grow mid-project?
No. The quote is the total and nothing inside scope gets added. New asks outside scope are quoted separately and only start on your yes.
What if something breaks or I get stuck after delivery?
Ask anytime during aftercare (14 or 30 days by tier). After that, Monthly Care at $680/month covers reviews, updates, tuning, and one new mini-automation a month.
Why only four clients a month?
Every engagement is delivered personally, not outsourced. Quality first — and it's exactly why the fixed prices hold.
