Xclusive Homes is a Toronto real-estate team selling pre-construction condos, school-district homes and luxury houses, with its advertising written in Chinese. The studio gave it two faces: one in signal orange, an oxblood stag standing over the name, loud enough for a street or a phone screen; one in black, a copper stag framed in a tall window.

01The marks

A stag that stands,
a stag in a window.

The orange set stands an oxblood stag over the name, set in Rockwell, a slab serif as sturdy as a sign, with REALTY TEAM spaced out small in white. The black set keeps only the antler and the neck, drawn in a single copper line inside a tall rectangle — a lit window. One name, two registers.

One team,
two ways to hand over a card.

Both cards share a size and keep the front for the mark alone. The orange one is solid colour inside a fine oxblood rule; the black one is near-black with the copper mark at its centre — the original also ran a city skyline behind it, of unrecorded and stock-like origin, which is left out here. The backs carry the agent’s portrait and contacts and are not shown here.

03Banners and roll-up

The orange goes
from the card to the street.

The orange set carried on into web banners and a roll-up. The services in one line — pre-construction, school districts, luxury homes — and a promise to close: full-time agents, in good faith. Every original also carried the agent’s photo and phone number; here they are re-set around the brand alone.
