A name. A distinctive signature.
Real estate identity / Original mark, newly considered

The distinctive idea is already in the initials: the sharp diagonals of W, the curve of J and the intervening dot. Starting with the original vectors, this refinement gives the signature more space, a quieter palette and a clear hierarchy across its applications.

Room for a signature.
Every outline in the original monogram and uppercase name lockup is preserved. Flat gold, navy and ivory create a measured contrast. Serif headings and concise supporting type extend the character of the original identity.
Less ornament. More presence.
The dark front carries the signature; the light reverse organizes the name and descriptor. Paper, colour and a fine gold rule provide the detail, while the mark remains complete and legible.

One name. Across every page.
The same spacing, type hierarchy and palette carry into a folder cover and portfolio title page. A dark cover anchors the identity, while the lighter page makes room for content and a consistent editorial rhythm.

Consistency, in the details.
Preserve the original geometry, allow generous space and use colour with restraint. Selected guide pages bring these three principles together for future applications.
