Lifted noodles and a rising curl of steam are the most inviting moments in this archive. The new direction starts with real food, bringing open typography, a warm red and flowing lines to menus, posters and the small details of a welcoming table.

A strand of noodles. A rhythm of its own.
Seven continuous lines gather, turn and open out, echoing the gesture of lifting noodles. The graphic leads on a cover, becomes a fine detail on a chopstick sleeve and brings movement to a simple typographic poster.
Warm paper. An appetite for red.
Warm bowls. Good company.
Type, noodles and small plates take turns in the spotlight. Three posters share a warm paper tone and chilli red, with photography preserving the food as originally captured.
An appetite for every page.
Eight pages bring numbered noodles, full-frame small-plate photography and a final portrait of rising steam into a considered sequence. Dish names come from original menus. This design selection omits prices and does not represent a current restaurant menu.
