Meta Realty Inc. is a real-estate company. In February 2022 it came to us for a logo, and we put two directions into one deck. The first is a crown, made by locking the letter M into a roof. The second is three towers, tall, short, tall, that read as an M. Both share one wordmark and one palette: night blue, bronze, ink and white.

01Direction one · The crown
An M,
locked into a roof.
Set the letter M over an A without its bar — a roof — and let the strokes lock in the middle: the result is a crown, or a row of gables. Below it META is spaced wide, its A again a bare roof that answers the one above. The deck showed it in a bronze gradient, on white or on night blue.
The breakdown from page 4 of the deck, re-set from the original vectors
02Direction two · The towers
Tall, short, tall:
three towers make the M.
The second direction is quieter. Three towers of equal width stand half a width apart, their footings rounded at half a width and every roof cut at 30°: the left two fall to the right, the third falls to the left, the middle one sits low, and the M appears. The deck’s last five pages work on this version — solid, in outline, in four colourways — and end on it.
The wordmark is cut like a stencil: the M’s first diagonal and the T’s stem each break at one joint, and the A drops its bar to become a roof again. It is spaced as widely as the towers stand apart.
03Colourways
Night blue and bronze,
ink and white.
The deck gave the same logo four ways on four cards: bronze on night blue, night blue on bronze, white on ink, ink on white. Both gradients run from dark to light, left to right, like a light passing across metal.
