MERITiGROUP’s mark is a rounded square seal — 明瑞集團 written as if carved — beside a serif MERITiGROUP. In 2022 the studio prepared the seal in blue and reversed in white, and built two sets of 85 × 203 cm roll-up banners around it: one for the group’s family office, and a series for its real-estate mortgage investment business.

01The seal
Four characters,
one square.
明瑞集團 is set the way a seal is cut — two columns, read right to left — inside a rounded square. Beside it, MERITiGROUP in serif capitals with a single lowercase i. We prepared the seal as two files: blue for white grounds, reversed for indigo. The banners use one at the head and the other at the foot.

02The family office
Read the name from across the room,
the detail up close.
A roll-up has to be recognised across a crowded room, so it reads in four layers, top to bottom, each smaller than the last. In 2022 the words sat on a stock picture of a glowing world map, with a phone number and a QR code in the middle. Re-set here, the stock image is gone and the seal’s square frame takes its place.
- Seal and wordmark
The mark alone on white, so the name reads first from two metres away.
- The name
明瑞国际家族办公室 inside a rounded square drawn from the seal’s own frame.
- One line
“One-stop wealth management” — the line a visitor reads on the second look.
- The detail
Five services and four jurisdictions in two lines, for whoever stops to read.

03Mortgage investment
One banner,
nine artboards.
The mortgage-investment roll-up runs to nine artboards across two 2022 design files: a Chinese title or an English one, the products in outlined boxes or solid panels. The content never changes — a real-estate loan fund and real-estate mortgage loans. Re-set here: one version of each title.
Two metres of banner,
starting from one seal.
