MEhome Realty (Ontario) Inc., Brokerage is a Toronto real estate brokerage. In 2023 we built a template kit its agents fill in themselves: new-listing, just-sold and open-house posts, a monthly market report and a business card, drawn in three looks. Every piece is built around the brokerage’s red speech-bubble mark.
- Listing posts: new listing, just sold, open house
- Monthly market report
- Business card
- Agent profile posts
- Three looks
01The mark
A speech bubble
that says ME.
The brokerage’s own mark: M and E drawn as one shape inside a red speech bubble, the name set beside it. The kit takes three things from it: the red, the bubble, and the ME letters, which repeat into the faint pattern in the corner of every post.

02Listing posts
Three headlines,
one grid.
New listing, just sold, open house: the headline and the price box change; the photo grid, the address line and the agent’s band stay put, so an agent only swaps in pictures, numbers and a name.
03Market report
The month,
in one square.
A monthly read on the Greater Toronto market that an agent updates with the month’s figures and posts. The figures shown are placeholders.
- 01Two headline figures
Median price and new listings, up top.
- 02The long view
One-, five- and ten-year change, told by colour and arrow.
- 03Year on year
This month against the same month last year.
- 04By home type
Detached, semi-detached and townhouse, with the agent’s band below.
04Business card
The agent on the front,
the brand on the back.
Three and a half by two inches. The front carries the agent’s name, a red band for phone and email, and the photo against the right edge; the back carries only the logo over the ME pattern.
05Three looks
One kit,
three looks.
The kit was drawn in three looks: a red arch over a dark-red band, white with rounded photo frames, and the white version shown above. Here the same just-sold post sits side by side.
