“AI is here. How does business pick it up?” was the forum’s title, and the question its audience brought: people in real estate and business wanting to see what AI looks like in their own hands. The original copy used the multiplication sign three times — AI × real estate × business; reach × content × service; digital presenters × digital staff — so we made it the event’s mark: two bands of lines, one for AI and one for the business, meeting in the middle.

01The mark
One band is AI,
the other is business.
Seven lines to a band, two bands turned 45° to cross: blue for AI, white for the business, woven into a lattice where they meet. With no letters in it, it holds at any size — half the stage screen, a thumbnail on a badge, a social avatar.

02The poster
The question on top,
the day at a glance.
A long poster is made to be forwarded and read on a phone, so this one says three things: the question, when and where, and what you’ll hear. The title fills the first screen; the programme splits into two halves, each talk led by its subject before its speaker. The AI-generated crowd photo, the portraits and the QR code of the archived version are gone.

- 02Date and venue sit side by side, both within one phone-width glance.
- 03The first half’s three talks are numbered by subject; the second half, realtors sharing how they use AI, is a single paragraph.
- 04Blue is kept to tags and numbers; the reading text is ink, so the long scroll stays easy.
03On the screen
The same sign
through every session.
Beyond the main screen we set the rest of the room’s screens as one family: dividers for each half, a name strip for the speaker, a closing slide. The sign moves and changes size from slide to slide; the colours never go beyond two.
04Small formats
Shrink it right down,
it’s still the forum.
The square for WeChat Moments keeps only the date and the sign; the story frame says seats are limited; the speaker badge is on paper white so the name reads from across the room.
