At the end of the year, a room of professionals, entrepreneurs and creatives wanted an evening together. The invitation had two jobs: make people want to come, and tell them at a glance when to arrive, what to wear and how the night would run. We made it phone-sized, to be passed from phone to phone — a day and a night invitation, and a schedule.

01The invitation
When, what to wear,
on one screen.
The original packed date, time, address, dress code, food and the draw into two starred blocks of small type above a photograph of a crowd. The re-set reads straight down: the name, one sentence, four details in four boxes, then the picture and the button.

The original’s own line — an end-of-year gathering for professionals, entrepreneurs and creatives — set in italic, one step back.

The room’s tree, framed in an arch; the crowd stays out of the picture.

02Night edition
The same evening,
after dark.
The second invitation turns to velvet green: Happy Christmas in a fine gold italic at the top, 2025 set large and light beneath it. Every colour comes from the room — the velvet drapes, the gold frames, the warm walls — and one gold star.

03The schedule
One evening,
seven moments.
The schedule keeps the original’s seven stages and times, each cut to a time, a name and one line. A guest glances at their phone and knows where to be.

Welcome drinks; every guest gets a mission card and a networking passport.

A short welcome from the organisers, the night’s highlights and the raffle rules.
