A full set of listing collateral for an independent sales representative: a 36-inch For Sale sign, a 24-inch Open House arrow and a business card in print and digital editions, each in navy and in forest green. One copper band, one name, one line of services, so every piece is recognisably his before a word is read.
- For Sale sign, 36 × 36 in
- Open House sign, 24 × 24 in
- Business card, print and digital
- Navy and forest-green colourways
01The sign
Three things, in order:
what, who, and how to reach him.
From across the street there is only the copper band and FOR SALE, in high-contrast serif capitals that run nearly the width of the sign. Closer, the name repeats the copper on navy, with his title and four services beneath it. The white panel at the foot holds phone, email and office — a lower register, for someone who has already stopped.
02Open house
The band
becomes an arrow.
The 24-inch Open House sign keeps every proportion of the For Sale sign and stretches the copper band into a pointer. Planted at a corner it gives directions, and the name and services travel with it.
03Two colourways
Every piece,
in navy and in forest green.
Every file was delivered on both grounds, with identical copper, type and layout, so a sign can be chosen to suit the street or the listing. The copper is a gradient — warm at the left, pale at the right — that reads as metal in print without foil.

04The card
The sign,
in the hand.
The 3.5 × 2 in card carries the same system at a fraction of the size: a copper frame, the name in copper serif, the phone number reversed out of a navy band so it is the first thing found. The reverse is plain ground, the copper frame and the four services in a row. A print edition with bleed and a digital edition for sending were both supplied.
