5i5j Realty runs an in-house school for its agents, 5i5j University, with a curriculum that runs from a first chapter for newcomers to sales, marketing and pre-construction projects. On 6 September 2022 it held an online lecture on custom home design and construction — and the common pitfalls along the way — with two guest speakers. We designed the posters that announced it: four tall editions for sharing on phones and a square one, all in the brokerage’s own navy and yellow.

01Mark and colour

A house,
with an i and a j.

The house mark is the brokerage’s own; the file holds it as a single white drawing. We kept it exactly and built the series on three colours taken from the posters: navy for the voice, lemon yellow for what matters on the night, and a signal blue used only as a small square beside the date.

02The curriculum

Every poster
carries the whole course.

A lecture on its own is easy to scroll past. So the top of every poster lists the school’s six chapters, from New to Real Estate to Foundation of Marketing, and a single evening reads as part of a programme.

04Speakers

Two speakers,
a poster each.

Each speaker had an edition of their own to share with their circle: the name on a navy plate, cut by the yellow slash. The originals carried their portraits and short biographies; here they are re-set without them.

05Square

The same night,
in a square.

For feeds that crop to a square, the poster turns over: navy ground and white type, the date bar and both speakers in one frame, closed by a band of yellow.

The posters on this page are typeset in HTML on the original layout, colours and copy; the speakers’ photographs and biographies, the meeting ID, the password QR code and two interior photographs from the file are left out. Speaker names, topic, date and curriculum are as printed on the originals.
